Malaga want to continue their winter recruitment drive by offering €4 million to Barcelona for their winger Jeffren, according to reports from Spain.

Sport comments that the Andalucian side have made an approach to the Blaugrana for the 22-year-old, whose contract at Camp Nou expires in the summer of 2012.

The Venezuela-born wideman has made six appearances for the Spanish champions this season in all competitions, but has failed to truly establish himself as a regular under coach Pep Guardiola and may be interested in kick-starting his career elsewhere.
