Samp are currently mired in a wretched slump, losing their last four matches and managing to score only one goal during that span.
Giampaolo Pazzini and Antonio Cassano were sold in the winter transfer window, but Garrone is confident the side can improve.
"There are many things being said about our club. Some are accurate, some are hyped up by the media," Garrone told Tuttomercatoweb. "Most of the fans, though, support me and the decisions I make.
"Sunday will be a very important match [against Bologna], as will Wednesday's game [against city rivals Genoa]. I am sure that the players will pick themselves up because they have all the means and potential to do so."
Sampdoria currently sit in 14th place on 27 points.
