Milan CEO Adriano Galliani Excludes Moves For Roma's Philippe Mexes & Genoa's Domenico Criscito

Milan are unlikely to follow through on moves for Roma's Philippe Mexes or Genoa defender Domenico Criscito.
Milan CEO Adriano Galliani has outlined transfer market plans and deferred decisions on Roma's Philippe Mexes and Domenico Criscito of Genoa.

Both players have been tipped to join the Rossoneri, but Galliani offered a contrasting view by claiming there would be no significant action on the market.

However, he did suggest some strength is needed in defence and midfield.

"Criscito? I don't know. I don't think so, no... Who knows? We have been speaking with Genoa, but we are competitive as we are, we are winter champions," Galliani told the press.

"If we find a Cassano in defence or in midfield then we will sign one.

"Mexes? We have never asked Roma for him. I am not going to speak about a Roma player."
