Valencia Winger Vicente Interested In Premier League Switch With Blackburn Rovers Linked

Spanish winger Vicente has expressed his intrigue into a possible move to England's top flight from La Liga side Valencia after rumours of interest from Premier League side Blackburn Rovers.

The Primera Division side have yet to offer the player, whose contract runs out in the summer, a new deal and interest in the 29-year-old has started to build.

Vicente has been at Valencia since 2000, winning two La Liga titles during Rafael Benitez's spell in charge.

His agent, Miguel Angel Cermeno, has confirmed that no talks between his client and Valencia have taken place and the attacker has stated that he could be interested in a move to England.

"To play abroad, that is not a problem, if the project is interesting," said Vicente.
"I have heard good things about the Premier League."
