Napoli Coach Walter Mazzarri Demands 120 Per Cent Effort Against Fiorentina

Star players told to make extra effort as Napoli welcome Fiorentina.
Walter Mazzarri has told Napoli to forget their win over Juventus and focus on beating Fiorentina when the two sides meet on Saturday evening.

Napoli are hoping to maintain the pace behind league leaders Milan, but the Viola have their own agenda to keep marching up the table.

And Mazzarri knows it's essential his side don't become distracted.

"My team can only play like they did against Juventus if they give 120 per cent," Mazzarri told the press.

"Tomorrow the difference will be the players who are most representative, by that I mean Ezequiel Lavezzi and Edinson Cavani, and they must give a hand when the game is passive.

"Fiorentina are much stronger than their league position suggests and they came back against Brescia in the final minutes.

"They will be motivated to the maximum and they will play to their value. I ask everyone and the fans to help us overcome this obstacle.

"I want the same climate we saw against Juventus. It's easy to get motivated against Juventus, Milan and Inter, but it must be the same against every team.

"Serie A is very balanced. We have our beams aiming, and we have to be up to the standard."
