Udinese Defender Cristian Zapata Wary Of Threat Posed By Inter Hitman Samuel Eto'o

Udinese's Cristian Zapata will try to muzzle Inter hitman Samuel Eto'o.
Udinese defender Cristian Zapata has told the press that the team must pay special attention to in-form striker Samuel Eto'o when Inter visit the Stadio Friuli on Sunday.

Eto'o is having a remarkable season, and has five goals in his last three games.

"He's experiencing an exceptional moment. It's clear that more than ever we should be wary of him," he admitted to La Repubblica.

"How do you stop him? By paying attention and double marking, but another danger is [Esteban] Cambiasso, he is the fulcrum for their whole match. He gives them balance and he too is in great condition.

"All of Inter should be respected. They are a great team who are playing again under Leonardo."

Udinese began their season with four losses, but have since been one of the best sides in Serie A and Zapata admitted the Zebrette are aiming for a European place.

"A success would give our team the opportunity to think big, to even fight and win a place in the Champions League. We are aiming for more ambitious goals, but it's preferable to bear in mind we are facing a great team," concluded the Colombian international.
